The Great Hall, with its hammerbeam roof and stained glass, is one of the most prestigious event spaces in London. The job

Our client was running a corporate conference in the Great Hall and needed a complete branded print suite, produced and installed.

Feather flags for the exterior, flanking the entrance so guests knew they were in the right place from the moment they arrived. A branded photo wall inside, giving a clean, professional backdrop for guest photography throughout the event. And roller banners positioned through the Great Hall interior, carrying the client's branding into the room itself.

Artwork checked before anything was printed

Every job we take is checked by hand before it goes near a press, and an event install like this is exactly why that matters. Large format print is unforgiving. A low resolution logo or a colour that drifts shows up far more on a two metre photo wall than it ever would on a business card. We checked every file, flagged what needed fixing, and made sure the branding was consistent across all three products before we committed any of it to print. On the day, there is no time to reprint. It has to be right first time.

Delivered and installed, personally

This is the part that sets us apart from a faceless online printer. I loaded the van myself, drove it into London, and installed everything on site. The flags outside, the photo wall and the banners within the Great Hall. I did not leave until every piece was straight, secure and looking exactly as it should.

No couriers dropping boxes at a loading bay for someone else to figure out. No call centre. No crossed fingers hoping it turns up in time. Just one person who knew the venue, knew the job, and saw it through from the first artwork check to the final banner in place.
